How to join

Thanks for your interest in joining the University of Auckland Debating Society Incorporated.

Membership is $5 per year and expires at the end of each calendar year. Membership is targeted to University of Auckland students but anyone may join whether they are a student or not.

Your membership entitles you to:

  • Attend any of our public debates and events;
  • Attend our general debate evenings and participate in a debate;
  • Attend any trials for national and international tournaments;
  • Vote at any SGMs or the AGM;
